Parks And Recreation: The Impossible Mark Brendanawicz Quiz

How well do you remember all things Pawnee's city planner?

Mark Brendanawicz Parks and Recreation
NBC

Legend has it that Mark Brendanawicz was never supposed to stick around in Parks and Recreation.

Supposedly, series co-creator Michael Schur always predetermined for Pawnee’s city planner to leave the show and be a recurring but not regular character, instead floating in and out of the show on an infrequent basis. The idea always was for Paul Schneider’s character to eventually work in both the private and public sector (such as his real life counterparts would often do in reality) but surprisingly after his abrupt exit in season two, Mark was never to be seen again in Parks and Recreation’s subsequent seasons.

Alas, we never truly got to know Mark that well. Perhaps though it was actor Paul Schneider’s decision more than the series creators. The actor would admit that during the early episodes of Parks and Recreation he struggled to understand the motivations behind his character and that uncomfortable feeling naturally ended up coming across on screen as to fans he would always feel an ill-fit in the show.

But will you be more comfortable taking our quiz about all things Mark Brendanawicz than Paul Schneider was portraying the character in Parks And Recreation's first two seasons?
