There are two separate instances of a Shania Twain-loving janitor showing up to do his cleaning at a pivotal moment, and despite being separated by four entire seasons, the character even appears to be played by the same actor.

The janitor first appears in season three's "Li'l Sebastian," carelessly walking through the Parks office with "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!" blaring out while they mourn the death of Li'l Sebastian. The scene was reportedly based on a real incident which happened in the writers' room.

In a legendary callback, the janitor returns for season seven's "Leslie and Ron," and when the pair desperately try to get his attention, he can't hear them because he's listening to the very same song on his headphones.
