It's fair to say that Parks and Recreation struggled through an awkward first season and didn't truly find its footing until season two, and at the tail-end of that season, audiences were first introduced to the character of Ben Wyatt.
Ben of course became a series regular from season three, eventually forging an adorkable romance for the ages with Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), which of course led to their eventual marriage.
And can you possibly imagine a better-suited partner for Leslie? Brought to life with sure charm by Adam Scott, Ben is one of the show's most likeable and grounded characters: mature and level-headed, yet relatably flawed.
