But power comes with a price. With Shelby working alongside psychotic assassins, infamous mobsters, and unscrupulous MPs, his enemies outnumber his allies ten-to-one. With police, politicians, and rival gangs being conned and outmanoeuvred by Shelby time and time again, everyone is out for the charismatic gang leader's head.
