Prison Break: Ranking The Fox River 8
4. Lincoln Burrows
Lincoln Burrows is the whole reason for the eponymous prison break in the first place, so it may seem strange that he isn't higher up the list.
Lincoln is important, and he has several particularly satisyfing moments of personal growth throughout the series, but his relevance is tied directly to Michael's love for him and little else.
We first see him as resigned to his fate, prepared to be wrongfully executed and penitent for his life of crime before his incarceration.
After the events of season 2, we get to see Michael and Lincoln's roles reversed, as Linc does his best to help Michael escape Sona. This goes a long way to endearing Lincoln to the audience, a trend which is continued as the series continues.
Lincoln has had a troubled past, but it's his growth and development that makes him an interesting.
Also, the love between Lincoln and Michael is genuinely touching, and they boast what is without a doubt one of the best sibling relationships on TV.
