Ranking Each Arrowverse Crossover From Worst To Best

The CW DC shows' most impressive and memorable hero meet ups...

Arrowverse Crisis on Earth X
The CW

The Arrowverse is one of television's most ambitious projects and has seen some of DC's most beloved properties come to life on the small screen. Characters such as Green Arrow and Reverse Flash as well as seminal storylines such as Crisis on Infinite Earths and Flashpoint have received new levels of notoriety following their respective live-action adaptations.

It may not be equal to the MCU in terms of production value and star power, but it rivals its big-screen counterpart in crafting a lived-in and realized universe teeming with a variety of characters, worlds and concepts.

It also has some of the genre's best seasons, with the second season of Arrow and the fourth season of Supergirl (to mention a few) proving to exceed expectations through strong performances and gripping storylines carrying the verse to new creative heights.

Its most high profile efforts are the annual crossovers, massive events that involve each individual show and further deepen the lore of the universe. Some of these events are more successful than others in terms of overall quality and their impact on the universe, but they each play a crucial role in expanding the Arrowverse.

9. Honorable Mention - Flashpoint

The CW

The Arrowverse's adaptation of the seminal comic book storyline bears little resemblance to the source material but it has just as much weight as the original storyline.

Flashpoint does not meet the standards tenets of a typical Arrowverse crossover compared to more traditional crossovers on this list, but its impact on the universe's timeline was felt far beyond the reach of STAR Labs.

Notable changes that arose as a result of Barry's timeline meddling include the death of Cisco Ramon's older brother, Dante, the erasure of young Sara Diggle (and her subsequent replacement by John Diggle Jr.), Ralph Dibny's survival of the particle accelerator explosion, and the rise of mistrust between Barry and the Legends for his impact on the timeline.

Flashpoint is a solid outcome of Barry's emotional turmoil and has a significant impact on one of the crossovers on this list, as the Dominators' invasion of Earth was motivated by a need to stop further metahuman interference in the flow of time.
