Eagle the Archer is a unique supe in The Boys, in that he is the only one on this list whose powers we don't get to see. Assuming that the Compound V injection gave him super accuracy hence the bow and arrow, he is something of a Hawkeye equivalent, but never got to show it off in the series.

A member of Payback in the comics, Eagle hit rock bottom after questioning his role as a superhero when his weapon of choice was clearly outmatched by technology during a siege. The Church of the Collective picked him up however, and showed him his place in the world.

While he was the one who helped The Deep out when no one else would, bailing him out of jail, he did so as part of the creepy cult of which he was a member. Ultimately the archer was ex-communicated from the Church and had his sex tape leaked in which he 'hunted and mounted' his partner while she was dressed as a deer.

It's hard to imagine he'd have had much success had he made it to the Seven under Homelander.
