Red Dwarf Cast: Where Are They Now?

Kristine Kochanski, originally portrayed by Clare Grogan, was a navigational officer aboard Red Dwarf that Lister used to have a crush on, before she was revealed to be his ex-girlfriend.

Before Red Dwarf, Grogan worked as a waitress until she was spotted by film director Bill Forsyth, which landed her the breakout role as Susan in Gregory's Girls.

After this she had a couple of roles here and there, before landing Red Dwarf, which she appeared in for seasons one, two, and six. She was then replaced in season seven by Chloë Annett.

After this, Grogan appeared briefly in shows like Father Ted, Eastenders, and Taggart, to name a few. More recently she made appearances in Skins, The Wee Man, and Delirium.

Currently, Clare Grogan has been leaning into a music career, performing and dueting with various groups and artists, as well as presenting on shows about music. She is also the author of two children's books called Tallulah and The Teenstars, and Tallulah on Tour.
