Rick And Morty: 10 Most Dangerous Villains

4. The Galactic Federation

As villains go, they're not the most dangerous in terms of cunning, but there's a whole lot of them. And they're persistent if nothing else.

The Galactic Federation as a whole, outside of agents like Tammy, pretty much appear to be made up by a legion of insectoids. Walking, talking bug-like creatures who run the whole darn show. Technically, these are Gromflomites, and other planets and species are part of the federation, over 6,000 planets in fact.

But it's the Gromflomites who are the face of the organization. And a constant thorn in Rick's side.

What makes them so dangerous? Their numbers. Their relentless nature. The fact that they actually managed to imprison Rick - even if they couldn't hang on to him for very long.

The Galactic Federation's role vastly increased in season two, and by the finale, "The Wedding Squanchers," all hell breaks loose. Tammy is revealed as a deep cover agent, and her marriage to Birdperson turns out to be a trap to ensnare him, Rick, and even Squanchy. Which just plains squanches.

Rick and his family escape to one of the few earth-like planets outside the Federation's grasp, but it turns out to be rather... cramped. Eventually, Sanchez surrenders to the Federation, finding himself imprisoned at the end of the season before escaping in the season three premiere.
