How did Rick and Morty first introduce themselves to the world?

Despite more and more animated shows being aimed at older audiences, the likes of BoJack Horseman, Archer, and Big Mouth to name just a few, Rick and Morty has enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top of its genre, and has stayed there ever since.

Naturally, the titular duo are easily the two best characters throughout the series, but they have been surrounded with a strong supporting cast in the Smith family, and countless zany, wacky characters from all across the multiverse, some of which only make one or two appearances.

These are what help to make Rick and Morty great. In any episode, there could be a completely new character ready to make an impression on us fans, leaving a legacy behind in just 22 short minutes. This gives every episode the potential to be completely different to the last, and also allows the creators to imagine an unprecedented amount of classic characters.

But how well do you know them, and can you remember the very first thing they ever said? Some were introduced way back in 2013, while others haven't really had that much to say, so you'll need to be a true Rick and Morty fan to get 100% on this quiz.
