4. The Focus On Josie

Josie found herself facing some major changes in this week's episode as she attempted to convince her father to let her hit the road with him and perform on his tour. Though he was a little apprehensive about doing so, he changed his mind after seeing her dazzle the audience at La Bonne Nuit with a powerful rendition of Amy Winehouse's "Back To Black".

Of 'Fear The Reaper's four narratives, Josie's arc received the least amount of screen time. However, that didn't stop it from making the most of the little that it had as it was undoubtedly the episode's most coherent storyline.

Moreover, it was nice to see the underappreciated character take centre stage before she heads off to bigger and better surroundings (for the Riverdale spin-off) and, after that stunning performance, that's exactly where she belongs.
