Roseanne Barr So Roseanne Barr is making a run for President. It was confirmed yesterday that she has officially thrown her hat into the ring with the Green Party, trying to use her star power (?) to bring awareness to issues she finds important. The comedian is especially concerned with being engaged in debates, stating in a recent interview that €œ"I'm totally serious 'cause I want to be part of the debates. I want to represent the taxpayers. I want to put the questions to the panel like, 'Where the hell did our money go?'€ Are you saying people might not take you seriously Roseanne? That€™s ridiculous. Valid point though, so Kudos. But at least she is admitting that she is not the most viable candidate to make it all the way. In a Twitter post, Barr stated that she will only run until the convention in July, at which point she fully expects €œJill Stein 2b the nominee& I will support her, but til then-I'll serve€ But the campaign pitch isn€™t all bad. Roseanne is a major supporter of student loan and homeowner debt forgiveness, healthcare, women€™s rights and the 99 percent. Back when Occupy Wall Street was still a thing, she was there. So excuse her for being a little presumptuous (possibly a tad bit paranoid) and bringing some much needed attention to the Green Party. Hell, she might even have an impact. In the words of Roseanne Barr herself, €œvote for me, I€™ll fix this shit!€
