Russian Doll: How Many Times Does Nadia Die?

2. Episode 7

Russian Doll Natasha Lyonne
Netflix

Death #19: After experiencing a vision of her younger self, Nadia dies from a heart attack, and if you're paying close attention, you'll also notice that Alan starts bleeding from his ear.

Death #20: Next up, Nadia has a fatal asthma attack, while Alan dies from some sort of internal dysfunction, which he believes to be liver failure.

Death #21: Nadia then appears to have an aneurysm, but Alan's fate isn't disclosed.

Death #22: The episode ends with surely the grisliest death in the entire series: Nadia starts choking and pulls a shard of glass from her throat, before collapsing dead from her internal injuries.

It's never explicitly stated what happens to Alan, but we see blood pouring from his nose moments earlier.
