Schitt's Creek may not have been a town the Rose family, or any family who once owned a luxurious mansion, originally wanted to reside in, but after a short stay in the local motel, they soon realised that the residents made it a great place to live and work.

One member of the Rose family who initially did everything he could to try and avoid making Schitt's Creek his home was David Rose. David was the self-described black sheep of the family and had a fear of pretty much everything.

Johnny and Moira Rose's eldest son was sarcastic, lacked and social grace, and often over-exaggerated the smallest of things. Despite this, he managed to bag himself one hell of a husband in Patrick Brewer. The two shared some incredibly sweet moments across the shows six seasons.
