3. Kala's 'Death'

Never has there been a more heart-stopping moment (quite literally) in Sense8 than Kala's apparent death during the extended finale.

The young woman gets shot by the evil Lila Facchini. As she bleeds out on the floor, the seven other sensates experience her pain, so they are unable to rush to her rescue. Conflict galore. But it turns out that Kala isn't completely gone after all, and in one of the most bad-ass moments in the show's history, the dying woman telepathically appears to a grieving Wolfgang and instructs him on how to resuscitate her.

It was the most heart-breaking moment of the final episode, and yet it was one that absolutely needed to happen. With there being a lot of focus on the fact that the sensates are all connected through pain, as well as the fact that clusters can experience their fellow members' demise - we needed to see this happen to understand just how powerful the bond between the homo-sensorians really is. That being said, we're really glad Kala survived.
