Titania trademarked the name She-Hulk so she could sue Jennifer Walters for using the moniker, with the bonus that she could sell beauty products with the name. This episode had accurate jokes about influencer personalities and events, and these jokes reveal Titania’s surface-level personality; she is all public theatrics, compared with Jen, who always tries to be genuine.

While superheroes do not exist in real life, trademark rights do. So when Jen Walters was dealing with the situation, anyone could imagine themselves in the same shoes, trying to win in real-world applications. The scene where all of Jen’s dates testified on the stand to clear up that she did use the She-Hulk name in personal ways was so awkward and cringy for Ms. Walters but in a good story-telling way.

Jen got to win a case with a brilliant idea for the sacrifice of humiliating herself in front of a judge and colleagues. If there is anything this Disney+ series is doing right, it is a relatable protagonist we want to root for because nothing comes easy for her — even the wins.
