Fans had been counting the episodes until Daredevil appeared. When he finally arrived, he stole the show. This Matt Murdock is less brooding, yet he is still the same character we knew and loved from the Netflix Daredevil drama. The moment he appeared in court to defend his superhero costume-making client, he was on fire. The result is the best courtroom scene, where Matt’s speech about protecting superhero secret identities showcased a man with unwavering morals and principles.
With both Matt and Jen being lawyers and superheroes, there was an instant chemistry between the two that cannot be had in other pairings. Jennifer can relax knowing there is a guy who understands her. After all the disappointing men, this was the win she deserved. Fans have been waiting for The Man Without Fear, but it turns out Jen has been there waiting with them.
Not to mention the powerful ending when She-Hulk raged out because of The Intelligencia’s crime of invading her privacy. It was not The Intelligencia that everyone saw, it was the out-of-control Hulk. The episode that followed couldn't come soon enough when the guns were pointed at our hero.
