10. Dolph
20th Century Fox TelevisionDolph is one of the bullies who usually appears alongside his cohorts Jimbo and Kearney. In the beginning, Nelson would also join them for most of their criminal hijinks, but he evolved a lot more as a singular character and now, more often than not, plays the role of Barts friend (maybe associate) rather than his foe. Even so, Dolph is still closely associated with the other two bullies. They do almost everything together so why would Dolph be singled out in this case? The problem is that he is the least interesting of all three thanks, mostly, to a lack of effort on behalf of the shows producers. The other two have, at least, a few aspects about them which are worth mentioning. Jimbo has had several romantic conquests on the show including Laura Powers and Shawna (although, to be fair, Shawna is easy and hooked up with the other bullies, as well) and numerous references are made regarding the fact that Kearney is a lot older than the other bullies he has a kid and should be roughly the same age as Otto. Dolph, on the other hand, is Jewish andwell, thats about all we know.
