Jensen Ackles' Jason Teague wasn't a character built to last as Lana Lang's boyfriend was simply the key to unlocking the mystery behind Season 4. As for Ackles, himself... well, he's a different story entirely.

After he wrapped up his run on Smallville in 2005, he landed the co-lead in Supernatural, portraying demon hunter Dean Winchester. And both he and Jared Padalecki are so darn good at what they do, the show is still running today.
