4. Nero's Dilemma
Jimmy Smits has been such a huge asset to the cast of Sons of Anarchy for the past several seasons, with Nero Padilla bringing a semblance of balance and an oddly-calming influence to Jax wild nature. Hes been a surrogate father-figure for Jax, once whose a much-more positive influence than Clay Morrow ever was. But that relationship has been put to the test this season, with Jax lying to Nero at every turn, and Padilla was at a crossroads, faced with a decision that had only impossible choices: Betray Jax and Gemma by turning him over to Lin, or refuse Lins demand and risk the life of his own son. Ultimately he chose to stand beside the Sons, while securing his son at Red Woody Studios. Hopefully the choice he made doesnt have any negative ramifications for him. Honestly , the best thing for Nero and his son would be to cut ties with Gemma completely, but we know that probably isnt going to happen. At least not easily.
