15. Kurt Sutter - Otto Delany
"Big Otto" Delany was SAMCRO's inside man within Stockton State Prison. He originally was given a six year sentence, but his stay had been greatly lengthened by the multiple offenses he committed while incarcerated. We first meet him in season 1 after he's been protecting accountant Chuck Marstein. We last see Otto in season 6, he's been tortured at the hand of Lee Toric and finally ends Toric's life before being shot by prison guards.
Series creator Kurt Sutter not only wrote, directed and produced SOA, he also portrayed Delany on the show. Sutter had been a writer, director, and producer for The Shield before going on to create Sons of Anarchy. He's also married to actress Katey Sagal (more on her later).
After Sons, Sutter went on to create The Bastard Executioner and SOA spinoff Mayans MC. In 2019, Sutter was fired from FX. He's currently set to appear in his first feature film, Chaos Walking which also stars Tom Holland and Daisy Ridley and is set to release in 2020.
