South Park: 10 Worst Things Cartman Has Ever Done

Cartman doesn't believe in karma for himself, but he does believe in dealing out karma for those who take delight in his suffering. And Kyle took so much delight when he found out Cartman had caught AIDS.

After a botched blood transfusion, Kyle can't help but laugh at Eric's misfortune, from his initial diagnosis to his failed AIDS benefit. Eric, with the help of Butters, decides to extract revenge by infecting Kyle with his condition. He even gets off lightly when Kyle reports it to the school, because being and taddle-tale is apparently just as bad as infecting a child with a deadly disease.

This episode fully shows how Cartman has no sense of remorse or regard for the feelings of others. All he knows is that he's unhappy and wants the entire world to know, and would happily show others how it feels to be him, despite the people of South Park not really caring about AIDS like they did 10 years prior, calling it "not as big a deal as it used to be".
