South Park: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best

Token is another role who seemed to be introduced purely for the sake of a one-note joke. However, eventually, his character not only evolves but becomes a rather interesting presence within the show, as he has some great moments of self-awareness and acts as a brilliant insight into the toxic behaviour of the rest of the cast - particularly Cartman.

Additionally, his families wealth means that there are many directions to go in with him, frequently leading to hilarious segments. A particular highlight has to be his involvement in the Fractured But Whole game as he hosts the base for Coon and Friends rival superhero troupe The Freedom Pals. Thanks to his rich family, his basement is far more superior to Cartman's, and thus becomes a great source of disdain for The Coon.

However, Token falls low on the list more out of the fact that he doesn't seem to have a strong personality. While other roles in the show can easily be defined by their actions, voices and character traits, Token tends to fall behind as underdeveloped.
