Star Trek Discovery: Every Easter Egg & Hidden Reference From 'People Of Earth'

Several worker bees and DOT-7 drones can be seen repairing the damage Discovery suffered during her travel through the Red Angel wormhole and subsequent crash-landing on The Colony in "Far From Home".

This is the first appearance of DOT-7s aboard the USS Discovery, but the cute robot workers previously appeared in operation aboard the USS Enterprise in “Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2”, and in the Short Treks “Ask Not” and “Ephraim and Dot”.

DOT-7s also bear a passing resemblance to the robots with 32nd century Starfleet insignias that appear in the show's season three opening titles, but those have yet to appear on screen.
