Flint First Meets Starfleet
Probably one of the more unique ideas that was planned by producers to be included in season five of Enterprise was a prequel to The Original Series episode Requiem for Methuselah. By all accounts it would have Flint leaving Earth for the first time and posing as a scientist called Abramson with connections to both Henry Archer and Zefram Cochrane.
A Visit To Stratos
One of the longer episode arcs in season five would have seen the crew return to the cloud city of Stratos. Well, I say return it would actually be visit for the first time. As with several of Coto's ideas for Enterprise, these episodes would have acted as prequels for The Cloud Minders. Exactly what would have happened in the Enterprise episodes, we're not sure. It is one of things that Coto has kept under his hat on the off chance that it could be used in the future. We know the intention was for it to be a three part episode in the same vein as the alliance and eugenic arcs in the fourth season.
