3. Orchids
Maybe not technically starships, the synth orchids were massive defensive organisms deployed in orbit of Ghulion IV in "Et In Arcadia Ego, Parts 1 and 2". Narek called them "ship-killing flowers that fly" and that's an astute description.
Capable of attaching themselves to the hull of a starship, the orchids could drain power from a vessel and pull it into the atmosphere of Coppelius where the ship would crash.
Strangely, the orchids may have actually appeared prior to Star Trek: Picard in Star Trek: Discovery's main title sequence, which depicts a gigantic flower-like creature extending a tentacle toward the USS Discovery.
