10. That's Definitely Photoshopped Again
Rios is having a hard time and has turned to his bottle of pisco, South American brandy which he also drank in "The End is the Beginning".
He rifles around in a footlocker which is labeled with his Starfleet serial number: SC-850-705 (which is also stamped on the back of his combadge according to the behind-the-scenes clip in The Ready Room). Inside the footlocker are Rios' command division red Starfleet uniform, his old combadge and rank pips, a piece of a Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan-style Starfleet uniform for some reason, and a photo of himself with his old commanding officer, Captain Alonzo Vandermeer of the USS ibn Majid.
Captain Vandermeer is likely named after showrunner Michael Chabon's fellow novelist Jeff VanderMeer, who wrote the excellent sci-fi novel, "Annihilation" and its two sequels.
