At Coppelius Station, Picard is being held in Bruce Maddox's old quarters where he's watching the synthetic, color changing butterflies Dr. Soong took credit for creating in "Et In Arcadia Ego, Part 1".

Among the robotic arms and technical looking equipment probably rented from a prop warehouse is an updated Starfleet medical kit (with medical tricorder) hanging by its strap on the wall. This medkit is similar to the type of case Doctor Beverly carried in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Doctor Bashir carried in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's early seasons. There's also a bottle of oxygen with a Starfleet logo stamped on it, indicating that Bruce Maddox must've taken a few souvenirs from Starfleet when he made his escape to Coppelius 14 years ago.

Picard pleads with Soji not to activate the beacon and summon the advanced synth federation from another galaxy, but she uses the term "you organics" to describe him, so she's clearly all in on Sutra's evil plan.

The synths used the term "organics" as an epithet in "Et In Arcadia Ego, Part 1" too, but this isn't the first time the term has been used. In the Star Trek: Voyager episodes "Revulsion" and "Flesh and Blood", the term "organics" was used to describe non-holographic people, and it was used derisively.
