Aboard the La Sirena, the Romulans have engaged the Borg cube's tractor beam and are pulling Rios' ship in.

Tractor beams are staples of Borg technology dating all the way back to their introduction in the second season Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Q Who?". As seen in almost every appearance of the Borg and their ships (TNG's "The Best of Both Worlds", DS9's "Emissary", Voyager's "Scorpion", "Collective", etc.), the Borg engage their green-glowing tractor beams and pull ships in to begin assimilating their crews.

As a bathrobed Raffi tries to find a way hack in to traffic control and disable the tractor beam, she pulls up an image from the "Disordered" wing aboard the Artifact and lingers on several drawings made by the Romulan XBs. These drawings appear to be interlocking circles, like Soji and Dahj's necklace, the nebula in "Remembrance", and the moons above Soji's childhood home seen in last week's "The Impossible Box".
