Star Trek: Voyager - 10 Most Anxiety-Inducing Episodes
1. Timeless
I think we've established by now that we love some time travelling that results in Voyager being resurrected. Well, Voyager's 100th episode gave us that (sort of) and made us almost explode from the tension this episode gave us from the opening shots.
After Harry Kim makes a miscalculation resulting in Voyager crashing into an icy planet and killing everyone on board except himself and Chakotay (as they were on a shuttlecraft), they travel back to the planet 15 years after the accident to correct that mistake. When they find the body of Voyager and its crew, they activate the Doctor to help them send a message to prevent the events from occurring as they did all those years ago.
The anxiety builds as we come closer and closer to the point in time when the accident happened and there's a fear that Harry will once again make a mistake and condemn the crew of Voyager to an icy death forever.
Fortunately, Harry comes through and gets the message to Voyager in time, ensuring they do not meet their icy grave. From the start to the end, this episode had us in such a high state of anxiety that we needed a hypospray filled with a sedative to calm us back down.
