7. Better Acting
Yeah, for whatever reason, all the acting in the prequels sucked. Oscar winners turned out snoreworthy performances. Delivery was cringeworthy, no matter who it came from. Everyone acted like a block of wood. So its not all that surprising that they were outclassed by cartoon characters. Im not saying youre gonna cry, but the emotions feel real, relatable, and believable. Betrayal, fear, anger, doubt, joy, and humor all come across quite nicely. Look, Kermit the frog is a better actor than Hayden Christian: is it any surprise that his cartoon counterpart is better? Oh, and Tim Curry plays the emperor once. Its cool.
