Stargate: Every Villain Ranked Worst To Best

In the midst of a vast battleground of destroyed ships, the Destiny accidently awakens a dormant Berserker Drone and soon regrets that decision. The completely automated force relies on numbers of drones deployed from their control ships to overwhelm all technological energy signatures that are not them. The species known as the Ursini had been in conflict with the Drones for some time after also accidently awakening them.

To this day, there's no real sign as to where the Drones came from, who made them, what they were for or why they did what they did. They started to surround every planet with a Stargate and every sun that the Destiny would need to recharge, forcing the Destiny to flee that galaxy and hope for another.

Given the cancellation of Stargate Universe, almost every question about the Berserker Drones remains unanswered. Visually awesome and a deadly threat with their faceless directive, they remain inexplicable.
