Another aspect of Man of Steel that had many long-time Superman fans up in arms was the amount of destruction caused by the Last Son of Krypton. Seemingly this is a trait also shared by the Maid of Might. During Karas public battle with Astra, we see sidewalks destroyed, walls smashed through, cars written off, and much more damage to National City. Sure, if a supervillain engages you in a public battle, a superhero is always likely to have to stand up and stop the threat. Still, the devastation and destruction of National City is going to cost a fair few pennies to fix.
