Outside, Dean talks to Ezekiel in Sam's body. Samzekiel tells Dean that Sam will not sense that anything is different, but that if Sam realizes that he is being possessed by an angel, he will be able to will said angel out of his body and kill them both before he is properly healed. In an unprecedented move by a member of the Winchester family, Dean agrees to lie to Sam. Samzekiel agrees to erase the whole ordeal from Sam's memory. Castiel. In the midst of his "oops-I-killed-an-angel-again" gloom, Cas seems to have accepted that the loss of his Grace has cost him much more than his wings. He trudges into a laundromat to wash his bloody clothing. Before inserting his change into the washer, however, he sees a vending machine and realizes that he is hungry. With an expression of total desolation, Castiel steals some new blood-free clothing from another patron and buys some snacks from the vending machine. He stands outside in clothing that does not include a jacket or tie and drinks some water. It's actually very sad. Impala. Sammy wakes up and wants to know what has happened since the angels fell. Dean lies about how Sam survived and Sam reminds him that they now have work to do. Next time on
