8. Lauren Cohan - Bela Talbot
Although Lauren Cohan was only around for Supernatural's early days, her role as Bela Talbot is imperative to the show's early success. She applied her knowledge of the supernatural for her personal gain instead of using it to help others.
Her career has peaked ever since.
Cohan's most respected role post-Supernatural sees her star as Maggie Rhee in The Walking Dead. She started in the role with the 2011 season two episode Bloodletting and remains in the role to this day (bar a brief hiatus owing to a pay dispute), with her character due to run through the eleventh and final season concluding in 2022. She is, however, announced to be continuing this character in The Walking Dead's mini-series spinoff, Isle of the Dead.
Other prominent television roles for Cohan include six episodes as Rose in The Vampire Diaries and thirteen episodes of Whiskey Cavalier as Frankie Trowbridge. On the big screen, Lauren can be found in Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice as Martha Wayne, Mile 22 as Alice Kerr, The Boy as Greta Evans.
Cohan is currently in the process of filming the animated action series Twilight of the Gods, where she has been cast as Inge for at least one episode.
