Teen Wolf: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best

As with Kira, Jackson sometimes found himself sidelined by the writers. Appearing in the show's first two seasons and having a brief guest role in the final season, he was an intriguing, if sometimes unlikable character who served as one of the main antagonists of the second season.

Underneath his arrogant persona and confrontational manner, Jackson proved to be a guy with serious issues, having lost his parents at a young age before eventually struggling to come to terms with life after Derek bites him.

Complex, brooding and confused, he had the capacity to become an even bigger character during the events of season two, but ended up nothing more than a plot device. As the villainous Kanima, everything that made Jackson a compelling character was tossed aside to make way for a mindless bad guy Jackson himself had no control over.

After this story was resolved, he left the show and wasn't seen again save for a couple episodes in the last season, where he proved to have changed dramatically since his last appearance but didn't offer anything other than a quick bit of fan service.
