13. Old Theme Tune Used As Ringtone
The original song for The Big Bang Theory was all set to be She Blinded Me With Science by Tom Dolby back in the 1980s, though the show underwent a lot of creative remodelling after an unaired pilot was turned down by CBS.
The song, along with many other elements of the original format, were dropped from the show but it has been used as Howard Wolowitz' ringtone during several episodes including The Vegas Renormalisation and The Creepy Candy Coating Corollary.
