The Book Of Boba Fett: Everything We Know So Far

4. It's NOT The Mandalorian Season Three

When The Book of Boba Fett was first announced, many fans feared that this meant the end of Din Djarin's time as the titular character of The Mandalorian. After all, Chapter 16: The Rescue signified an ending point to the story, with Din and Grogu parting ways.

This caused viewers everywhere to question if The Book of Boba Fett would be its own show, or whether that story would instead take over as the main focus of the next season of The Mandalorian.

Luckily for Pedro Pascal fans, The Book of Boba Fett and Season Three of The Mandalorian will be two separate shows. While Boba and Fennec will explore one part of the galaxy, Din will embark on adventures somewhere else.

The Book of Boba Fett will release ahead of The Mandalorian's third season, making it the second live-action Star Wars series to hit Disney+ and the next major live-action Star Wars release for the streaming service. Many other live-action shows will follow, including Andor, Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Acolyte, Ahsoka, Lando, and Rangers of the New Republic.

It will no doubt be exciting to see both Boba Fett and Din Djarin's adventures play out, particularly with both shows existing on their own but within the same shared realm.
