Another year, another diabolically blood and gore-soaked season of Amazon's flagship series and viciously satirical take on the superhero genre: The Boys.

Roaring back with the usual razor sharp social commentary, hilarious black humor and gloriously gratuitous violence, Season 3 saw the introduction of the inimitable Soldier Boy. The first character to date to pose a challenge to the previously invincible Homelander, Jensen Ackles has received rave reviews for his portrayal of the foul mouthed, psychotically hilarious super-soldier. The new season also saw first instances of main characters taking V24, otherwise known as Temp V, meaning fans got to see superpowered versions of series mainstays Hughie and Butcher.

But how well were you paying attention to Black Noir's origin story? Do you remember how Homelander engineered Stan Edgar's downfall? And did Soldier Boy really storm the beaches at Normandy? Of course, this is The Boys we're talking about. Even if you did take it all in, there's a solid chance your brain has repressed the memory due to trauma.

To get 100% on this quiz, you'll have to take the blue pill. Or was it the red pill? Anyway, take the other pill and quit being a c***.
