5. Alexandra's Henchmen

It's already known from various reports that The Defenders first meet up at the offices of Midland Circle (the very same company behind the giant hole in the ground in Daredevil), and from this shot of Alexandra sending her armed cronies after the superheroes, it seems pretty clear that she's in a high-up position at Midland Circle.

The idea of Sigourney Weaver sending fleets of anonymous henchmen after the Defenders while watching the carnage from afar is just delightful.

4. Daredevil Borrows Jessica's Scarf

Daredevil is walking through a corridor inside Midland Circle HQ with Jessica Jones, and decides to make good use of her scarf by tying it around his head as a makeshift mask.

She bluntly tells him, "You look like an idiot", to which he replies rather glibly, "It's your scarf." Ouch. Hopefully this catty banter will persist throughout the season, especially if this confrontation takes place relatively early on as reports suggest.
