If reports surfacing since episode five's release are to be believed, Julia Louis-Dreyfus' character wasn't originally meant to debut in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Back before the MCU slate was completely reshuffled, she was set to appear in Black Widow as it opened Phase Four on 1st May 2020.

There is no reason to believe that this appearance will no longer be happening, so long as it can still make sense even after being swapped around with her Disney+ debut. The fact that Marvel were happy to have her instead appear first in this series first could potentially mean that both roles were similar and possibly interchangeable.

This could point to her interacting with another character in the movie in a similar way to how she spoke with John Walker. There could be a character in Black Widow who also has the kind of powers and abilities that would be very valuable to certain people in the same way that the former Captain America's are.

Taking this into account, it's not unreasonable to picture seeing her recruiting either Taskmaster, Melina, or both to be a part of the same set up she is trying to bring Walker into. Could she be to the MCU's Thunderbolts what Nick Fury was to the Avengers?
