The Flash: 11 Big Questions We're Asking After 'Rupture'

6. Will Iris' Confession Pay Off?

The Flash Barry
The CW

Iris has been mulling over her feelings for Barry for a few weeks now, and after a couple of pointed interactions between the pair, she outright admits that she's thinking about them being together this week.

The timing is forced by Barry potentially heading into another explosion, but it's not something that he gives all that much thought to when it comes to his decision making process.

Now that she has told him, though, is it something that will come back when he himself returns? Could it have any bearing on his actions as the Flash, or the future of either of them on the show? The idea of heading into a relationship because it's inevitable isn't the best place to start, but the show does seem like it's committing to West-Allen at some stage.
