Theory alert! There's obviously a very big reason that we aren't allowed to know who is under Zoom's mask, and why they've cast separate actors for the voice and the body. Namely, it's someone we've already met, or at least their doppelgänger from Earth Two. Right now I'd say there are three major contenders for who it will be: Eddie Thawne, Barry Allen, or Henry Allen. Any of those would be a big twist, but of that list the most likely, especially after this episode, is Henry Allen. Is it really a coincidence that he returns the week after Zoom beats up his son, while the villain himself is nowhere to be seen? Even if this wasn't the villainous version of Henry, there were still little hints in his behaviour that may have been deliberately designed to leave us thinking he is Zoom, or perhaps I'm just reading way too much into it.
