Seeing Caitlin Snow turn up back in Earth-1’s S.T.A.R. Labs was a bit of a surprise following Zoom’s ultimatum to her last week – either join him or die – but it was brilliant how Invincible saw Caitlin as a shell of her former self, seeing images of Zoom everywhere.

It was as if poor Miss Snow was suffering from some sort of post-traumatic stress after what she had been through with Zoom. For anyone it would be a shock to the system to be hurtled between alternative Earths after finding out that the man you had fallen for was really an uber-villain intent on ruling any and all worlds he can get his hands on.

Given how we’ve seen certain other characters go down dark paths following traumatic events, the show could certainly use this plot point as a way to send Earth-1’s Caitlin towards becoming Killer Frost is it so saw fit. Regardless of whether that happens, though, it looks as if it’s going to take Snow a while to get fully back to normal.
