The Flash/Supergirl Crossover: 12 Awesome Moments From 'Worlds Finest'

9. Barry's Getting Faster

The reason that Barry Allen ended up in Supergirl€™s world is down to one reason: he managed to travel at a speed that he didn€™t think possible. So, given that one of the overriding plot points of The Flash€™s Season 2 has been that Barry has been frantically trying to get fast enough to tackle and take down uber-villain Zoom, could it be that the Scarlet Speedster is now fast enough to battle his deadliest foe? It certainly seems so, and that's a majorly awesome moment for Barry. The fact alone that The Flash has gone so fast during a test run that he's literally phased into another world means he's getting ever-closer to being able to best the nefarious Zoom, and this appearance in Supergirl looks like it could be a major step in the right direction for the Sultan of Speed rather than just a fan-pleasing crossover involving two beloved superheroes.
