Ahsoka Tano's debut in live-action went down a treat with many Star Wars fans. The character is an incredibly popular figure in the franchise, and her upcoming solo Disney+ show looks set to carry that legacy onwards. But this bonkers theory suggests she played a much more significant role in The Mandalorian than first believed.

Created by the Redditor u/darklord7000, this theory states that Ahsoka created Grogu. It claims that during her time in Vergence Scatter, otherwise known as The World Between Worlds, she foresaw what would happen if the First Order came to power. Thus, she returned to when Anakin was born and created the young Grogu out of the Force, much like Palpatine and Plagueis did for Anakin.

The supposed evidence for this came from her reaction to Grogu in the show, which darklord7000 described as "motherly." The implications of this go even further, as they suggest that The Mandalorian exists in a split timeline where the events of the sequel trilogy do not happen.

Naturally, this wild theory has nothing to support it, making it one of the most insane theories in all of Star Wars.
