The Mandalorian 2.5 Review - 7 Ups And 0 Downs From Chapter 13

2. The Impeccable Action Sequences

The Mandalorian Chapter 13 Ahsoka
Lucasfilm

You know when Moe has two knives in The Simpsons, and he says it's pretty terrific? Yeah, that.

Ahsoka's dual white lightsabers are phenomenal to see in live action, and Filoni ensures she puts them to good use throughout. There's the fantastic opening sequence where Ahsoka effortlessly dispatches a group of enemies, the brief confrontation she has with Din and then also the finale where they take on the town's forces together.

Also the duel, which essentially speaks for itself. It's one of the more unique ones we've seen in Star Wars, with Ahsoka pitting her lightsaber skills against the Beskar-spear-wielding Magistrate, but it's also typical for the franchise in that it's tense, weighty and elegant.
