4. We Don't See The Supporting Cast Much

This is a trailer that wants to stay close to the chest, and while I stand by it taking that a little far in the visual department as a trailer, one inarguable upside is that the trailer keeps its focus where it needs to be: our two leads.

With the news of characters like Ahsoka Tano and Boba Fett appearing in this season, many fans were worried that The Mandalorian was going to ditch its close intimate focus on our lead's budding paternal feelings toward The Child in favor of getting bogged down with EU lore like the rest of the Star Wars shows.

However, despite knowing that those characters ARE coming, this trailer keeps itself tightly focused on Din and The Child to let the audience know that it hasn't forgotten what made it stand out from the rest of the franchise.
