24. That Terrible CGI Zipline (Episode 10, "Virtue Of The Vicious")

The series' tenth episode concludes with Lewis killing himself with a bomb, but thankfully he was locked in a freezer at the time, mitigating the damage.

As the cops storm the building, Frank manages to make his escape with the help of a well-placed zipline, realised in this laughably awful visual effects shot with ridiculously obvious green screen compositing.

Thankfully The Punisher doesn't use much in the way of CGI, but it's abundantly clear here that Jon Bernthal performed the stunt against a green screen and he was keyed into the backdrop later. There had to be a better way to pull this scene off.
