Are we all just gonna pretend than when Frank beats the snot out of Konchevsky's gang with gym equipment that this bloodied dude doesn't totally look like Sloth from The Goonies?

The bald, misshapen head combined with the distinct sag to the left side of the face suggests this was probably an intentional nod to Richard Donner's 1985 adventure classic, and even if it isn't, the resemblance is uncanny enough to make it worth mentioning.
